Tai Chi is especially well suited for adults that are seeking stress reduction as well as enhanced flexibility. Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise, which can help, in some cases, with joint aches.

Tai Chi consists of constant, gentle flowing motion. The goal is to connect with your body to understand its motion and improve coordination, balance, and flexibility.
